London based influencer Caroline Hirons has appointed Carver PR to look after her personal publicity.
Hirons, dubbed 'the skincare queen' by her many followers, is a celebrated beauty and skincare expert who's worked with brands including Clinique, Space NK, Clarins, Herbivore and Eucerin.
